Our Daycare

A home from home daycare experience your dog will love! When a walk is not quite enough to keep your dog satisfied while you're out all day, book them in for daycare!

We pride ourselves on providing a home from home environment, teaching your dog those valuable house manners we all strive for.

Pick Ups / Drop Offs

Our daycare morning routine runs much like our pack walks, dogs are either dropped to our homes or collected (based on location and prior agreement) between 8am and 930am. They will spend the day with us and come on one of our pack walks.

Collection/drop backs will be between 5pm and 6pm, later collections can be arranged but will incur additioal costs.

During Their Stay

Your dog will come on one of our pack walks with us, then spend a few hours in the comfort of our homes while we complete our other walk and then we're home around 2.30pm (before midday on Fridays!) to spend the rest of the afternoon with your pooch, whether thats consists of playing with the other dogs in the garden, using the flirtpole to expel that extra energy or snuggling on the sofa, your pup decides!

Our daycare is structured as it is within our homes, this means polite doggie and house manners will be encouraged along with that all important nap that dogs need to prevent overstimulation where bad habits can often formed.

Both Becky and Sam have 5* home boarding licenses and are canine first aid trained and can give assurance that your pup is in the best hands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the dogs stay in your home or in an external facility?

Dogs will all be within our homes, no external facilities are used.
Crates will be available if your dog wishes to use one.
We both have 2 resident dogs and there may be other boarding dogs present when yours come to visit but they are all kept safe and separated when unattended.

Do you offer half days?

No, due to the length of our walks we find that if you want a half day, you will probably just need to book onto one of our pack walks.

Can we come look around?

Unfortunately not! As we operate from our own home their is no 'facility' to view. Its just your regular home (although probably more doggie focused than your average home).
Updates of how your dog is doing and what they're up to will be provided via WhatsApp along with photos.

We are both licensed by Maldon District Council, who have completed a full assessment of our homes, if you like, you are able to obtain a copy of this using our license numbers below.

Do the dogs get on?

We have several years experience of introducing dogs in the correct way to ensure they all get along. In light of this we find we almost always get success mixing dogs.

Will someone be with them at all times?

Dogs are left for a maximum of 2.5hours one a daycare day, always after they've had a walk so they snooze while they're left. We find that the rest is just as important as the exercise.
